The location is perfect, the setting is beautiful and still very unspoiled and the most beautiful beaches in the region are in the immediate vicinity of the house.
It has outside a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a large Ipe terrace, a pergola creating a shaded space for rest or aperitif and several covered terraces. As well as a real bowling green. From all parts of the garden and the house the view of the sea is superb. The garden is very beautiful and perfectly maintained. At night, some subtle lighting gives it an additional charm.
Inside a large living room and an independent kitchen open onto a large terrace with 3 large bay windows, 1 bedroom with bathroom and wc, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. All the rooms benefit from the sea view.
For your outings and your leisure activities (diving, jet ski, boat rental, sailing, paddle and kayak, horse riding, fishing, hiking, etc.) there are many places all around the house, we can give you the best addresses according to your tastes and even prepare a program for you to make your stay exceptional.
