It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and two shower rooms. You can enjoy a garden of around 700 m²! The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Saumur is a 20-minute drive away, Angers 30 minutes and Tours 40 minutes, offering quick and convenient access to these popular destinations. Access to the A85 motorway is 5 km away.
