The beaches of La Bonne Brise and Les Sablettes are at the end of the street. Layout of the loft: The loft is located on the ground floor of a typical neighbourhood house. You will be charmed by its generous size, vaulted ceilings and overall layout, which make it a very pleasant place to live. You will enter the main room with a beautiful open-plan kitchen and, at the back of the room, a dining area. On your right is the first bedroom, followed by a bathroom and another bedroom with access to the terrace.

Transport: Bus line 19 runs at the bottom of the street and will take you to the city centre. More unusual, the water bus, open from the end of April to the end of September, will take you to the old port by sea.
Parking in the surrounding streets is free with no time limit. Saint Charles train station is 45 minutes away by bus No. 19 + Metro Line 2.
