We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Ver-sur-Mer, this charming residence dating from 1941, at less than 200 meters of the beach, of a surface of 250 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 4 500 m² as well as several terraces. An unoccupied and inaccessible outbuilding is adjacent. Wifi (fiber optics) and linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 40 m² with TV (Chromecast), fireplace (decorative), sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A veranda with a table and chairs.

On the first floor:
- A landing with a library.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a private terrace of 25m².
- Bedroom 3: one king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed.
- Two bathrooms with bathtub, one with double sink.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A beautiful fenced garden of 4,500 m² where you will also find a secure pool.
- Terrace 1: on the ground floor, street side, of 30 m².
- Terrace 2: on the ground floor, garden side, 20 m².
- Terrace 3: on the first floor, adjoining room 2.
The 3 terraces have furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, Weber electric barbecue, raclette machine, fondue machine, playstation, DVD player, printer, books, board games and iron.
