Summary: Booked the family room , 2 adults 2 children (1 10years the other 9 months old) The room was very dusty, with dust all over. I reported this to reception and was asked if I wanted a cleaner sent in. We went out for the day expecting it to be sorted, but when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I informed them that I had to go to the pharmacy to buy anti-allergy medication because of this. There was no apology and not even a bottle of water offered for the inconvenience. The staff in the restaurant were somewhat pleasant, but aside from that the experience was very poor. I honestly would have felt more comfortable sleeping in my car. We got to the hotel at 23:00 wanted to have a late check out and were told will need to pay dispite the inconvenience faced . Left feeling like I wasted money booking this hotel
