Grounds:
• 2,550 m² (0.6 acre) of beautiful grounds graced by patios, gardens and two small ponds. What used to be a grazing field for the cow herd has been turned into a wonderful and tranquil setting of beautiful gardens with a wide collection of plants and trees.
• Outside the guesthouse, the backyard has been laid out in two separate tiled patios and a wooden deck with flower beds and shrub borders leading to the gardens.
• In the storage shed, at your disposal, are a patio table and chairs, four lounge chairs, a sun umbrella, and a portable charcoal BBQ.

In the bedrooms, each bed is equipped with a fully zipped hypoallergenic and antibugs waterproof mattress protector, a mattress cover, a 240x220 cm comforter, one additional blanket, 2-65x65 cm pillows and pillow protectors.

The electrical system has not been designed or sized for this purpose. Any unauthorized charging may cause malfunctions or damage to the property’s electrical installation, potentially resulting in a total power outage, overheating, or even a fire hazard. In the event of non-compliance, the tenant will be held liable, and any additional electricity consumption costs incurred will be fully charged to the tenant.
