We offer for rent our large new villa (built in 2013) of 170m², with architecture and modern decoration and design. With its private pool, large terrace (over 100m²), its garden, its quiet area, and just minutes from the Basque coast, you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether you are 2, 4 or 6 people.
The contemporary style of our villa even passes the doors and is found inside, where you will have, always in a modern decor, a large living room with flat screen of 140cm, a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a covered part of the terrace (ideal to take your meals), a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a first toilet, as well as a master suite with bathroom (shower at the Italian). Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms with closets, a 2nd bathroom with bath / shower, and the 2nd WC.
The district, alive, is endowed with numerous local shops (bakery, cold cuts, tobacco / press), accessible on foot, and you will also be right next to the city of Biarritz which proposes many activities of relaxation or leisures.
