Very comfortable and fully-equipped independent apartment situated on the outskirts of a lively village surrounded by vineyards in the South of France, Occitanie (Languedoc-Roussilon).
Suitable for a couple, two friends or a single person, this one bedroom apartment is located to the side of our home and is totally independent with its own entrance.
The bedroom can be prepared either with a King Size bed or two singles as a twin room.
There is a walk-in wardrobe off the bedroom and a separate shower room with walk-in shower and heated towel rail, WC and vanity unit. A hairdryer is also provided.
The main living space is an open plan sitting room with two big comfortable sofas, dining area and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and induction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is a spacious 80m² and has reversible air conditioning, making it comfortable all year round.
Just outside your front door there is a private garden equipped with a picnic table, bench and BBQ so that you can enjoy some alfresco living. There is also a dedicated off-road parking space for your car.
All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied together with some necessities such as hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper and cleaning materials. Also some tea, coffee, sugar and other basic kitchen supplies.
I will happily get some shopping in for you if you send me a list with repayment in cash against receipts on your arrival.
For your security there is a smoke alarm, first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
There are also some board games and a pack of playing cards and of course WiFi. Please note there is no television.
There is a fully refundable deposit of 150€ against loss of keys and/or damages. This will be returned to you a week following your departure once everything in the apartment has been verified.
Your well behaved dog is also very welcome (with an additional 25€ for extra cleaning for the non dog loving people that may be checking into the apartment after you).
Although we, and our two dogs, live in the main house we will keep out of your way and leave you in peace. We will of course be available to help you with any queries or problems should you need us.
