2 salles de bains, une petite avec baignoire, l'autre avec douche italienne. Possibilité de suite parentale au rez-de-chaussée avec chambre et salle de bain. 2 WC séparés. Possibilité de garer 2 voitures dans la cour d'entrée, propriété fermée, sécurisée pour les enfants.
