This beautiful 127 sqm wooden house, located in the town of Plouharnel, just 5 minutes from the beaches by car will seduce you by its contemporary style. Offering calm and brightness with its large bay windows, it is the ideal home for your stay with friends or family by the sea.
As you enter the house, you come straight into the spacious living area, comprising a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc.). There is a door to the laundry room with washing machine.
The ground floor comprises a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a bathroom with shower, basin and a separate WC.
On the 1ᵉʳ floor, two large bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200, which include 2 single beds that can be moved closer together as required) and the other with a double bed (140x190). One bedroom with 4 single beds (bunk beds, ideal for children), separate WC, bathroom with bathtub and individual basin.
