It is a charming villa between sea and mountain located in Balagne, very beautiful region of Corsica which combines the pleasures of the sea and mountainside villages. Comfortable villa with private pool (10 x 4 m), tastefully decorated, 4 bedrooms, large terrace of 60 m2, landscaped garden of nearly 2,000 m2 with beautiful olive trees and a ball field very friendly!
You can relax by the pool enjoying a magnificent circular view of the sea, Cap Corse, the Ile-Rousse Valley, the surrounding villages and the mountain (sun loungers, double bench, hammock ).
The house is located at the end of the hamlet of Palmento (Santa Reparata di Balagna), quiet and only 10 minutes from the beaches of L'Île-Rousse, Bodri and Ghjunchitu, 15 minutes from the beaches of Lozari and Algajola and 25 minutes from the beaches of Ostriconi and Calvi. The roads to access the beaches also benefit from very beautiful points of view.
