New to rent: Villa Noèsis is ideally located in a very quiet residential area of the seaside resort of PORTICCIO, not overlooked, in a landscaped park of 2000 m² (palm trees, fig, olive, lemon, banana, birds from paradise, mango trees, jasmine, ...). Facing the sanguinary islands, it offers an exceptional view of Ajaccio and its magnificent sunsets. Ajaccio airport is 15 minutes by car, Ajaccio ferry station 30 minutes and you can access the beach, the city center (with its shops, mini markets, restaurants, nightclubs) and the river shuttle to Ajaccio in less than 15 minutes on foot.
Villa Noèsis includes a garden apartment (type F2 - 60m²), a main villa separated into two volumes (F5, 4 bedrooms - 165m² and an F3, 2 bedrooms - 107m²) overlooking the heated swimming pool (10mx5) with a sublime view sea from the bay windows, the bedrooms, the relaxation areas and the terraces. The total number of beds is 15 people (on estimate beyond).
Thanks to these 3 separate living spaces, it is ideal for holidays with family, friends or seminars, allowing both moments of conviviality and intimacy.
The two volumes of the main villa have a large living room-kitchen with bay windows overlooking a magnificent view of Ajaccio and the sanguinary islands. Each kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, professional Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, beer pump) and the lounge area has convertible sofas and a TV. The bathrooms have a hairdryer and in the utility room there is a Bosch washing machine, ironing board with its steam iron and Dyson vacuum cleaner.
