This is our holiday house in Nice. It is a beautiful apartment of 70 m2 in the center of the old town but in a street with no clubs and restaurants. This makes this area of Vieux Nice one of the best to stay and unwind after a day on the beach or an evening in the many bars and restaurants just steps away. This is also one of the few streets where you can drive your car (or taxi) at the apartment steps, making logistics very easy. The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator like most of the old fishermen buildings but just 49 steps) of a typical nicoise house of the 18 hundred with less than 10 units. Wood floors, white design furnitures and lot of light (quite rare in the old town) will make your stay special. An air conditioning unit is located in the living area keeping the house fresh in some hot days of summer. In the apartment you will find the needs for a baby like a trolley, a special bed with real mattress a portable chair...
