- One bedroom on the second level with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 14m² terrace, not overlooked, to enjoy the fine weather. It is exposed to the sun between 10am and 3pm in spring and summer. Two garden tables and 6 chairs as well as 2 deckchairs are available. The terrace is planted with flowers and illuminated by garlands of lights in the guinguette style.

The flat is ideally located in Asnières-sur-Seine, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport links :
If you choose to come by car, parking spaces are usually available in the surrounding streets. Underground parking is available further along the same street, near the town hall. Electric car terminals are also available around the station and in our neighbourhood.

The flat is located in the Asnières station area and is a 3-minute walk from the station. You can get to Paris (Gare St Lazare) in 6 minutes via the direct train (line J) or in 10 minutes via the line that serves the rest of 92 (line L). Trains are frequent and connections very easy. A direct train to Versailles is also available from this station. A connection to La Défense to rejoin the RER also makes it easy to get to Disneyland or the TGV and airport stations.
