Nice property for 14 people in front of the superb sandy beach of Stagnola. Superb sea view, large private swimming pool and not overlooked in the middle of a 3500 m2 garden, pétanque area. Main part with 4 bedrooms: 2 master suites with private bathrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 with two single beds and a private bathroom. In total 4 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the main part plus an independent apartment for 6 people with a bathroom and separate toilet.
All comforts: reversible air conditioning in all rooms, washing machines and dishes, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, gas and induction hobs, TV, WIFI internet, cot and highchair, deckchairs, parasols, garden furniture, etc. Large terrace with barbecue and breathtaking sea view.
Private parking; mooring boat in front of the house.

Summary: We rented the Villa Kopa to bring together my family which lives in multiple states in the US and my French relatives who live in multiple locations in Paris. We needed a place large enough to accommodate 12 adults (5 married couples of various ages) and two young children. What originally attracted us to this property was the large balcony which overlooks the Ajaccio bay enabling us to have sunset dinners together, complete with Corsican, American and French aperitifs and its location to a beach only 200 meters walk across the street. In this regard, the property did not disappoint! Whether it was large family dinners made in the small kitchen or morning bread and croissants purchased from a baker (Le Bon Pain Purtichju) 8 KM north of the villa in Porticcio, the balcony brought the family together as we had hoped and we lived out there when we were at the villa. The owners had recently added a buffet table which was helpful for accommodating such a large group. The location is great. Beach access was easy and convenient as advertised with placid, clear water which allowed bathers to see the fish and snorkeling to some reefs nearby. The house & pool was clean. There were enough plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots & pan etc. to handle full occupancy but the dishtowels & trashcans were too few and too small for 12+ people. There were only two gate openers and we had 4 cars/drivers so we had to think hard about how to divvy that up, especially with people staying back to be at the beach. A programmable keypad at the drive would solve this problem. Additional details that may be helpful in assessing whether this property will work for you, especially those more familiar with American beach properties... there are three bedrooms with queen sized beds on the main floor (with the kitchen, dinning room, living room and balcony) and one above the kitchen with two single beds. The bathroom count is a bit deceiving... 3 of these rooms have "their own bathrooms" but that means just a sink & shower... NOT a toilet (one includes a small clothes washing machine.) There are only two toilets in the main house. There are two hallway bathrooms, one with a sink and toilet, the other includes toilet, large sink, shower and bathtub. There is a separate apartment on the ground level with a queen bed/bedroom on the back corner of the house behind the room with the bunk and trundle beds-the apartment has its own bathroom...
