Summary: Very small rooms with very basic facilities. Rooms were boiling hot with no way to control the temperature. No opening windows so had to hold the door open to try and cool it down. Security really needs looking at, no requirement for room keys to access the accommodation and had issues with people running up the corridor banging on the doors through the night. Had to ask for pillows, towels and toilet roll. Staff were nice and did try and resolve the issues. No way of contacting the reception from the room so had to go all the way down each time. Shower temp fluctuates constantly boiling hot to freezing cold, couldn’t let our child use it in case of burns. Location was the only plus, for a big chain hotel, this was very disappointing
