It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood with tiny houses and has a private garden with high fences. The flat is in an older building which has been refurbished to have modern amenities and comes with a Scandi-chic interior.
The main living space is stylish with a dash of French industrial. It has two superb sofas, a small TV, and a small dining table for four. The glass sliding door that leads to the garden; great for when you need some fresh air.
The fully equipped and well-kept kitchenette: you can easily prepare light meals for yourself or your loved ones. It has a small fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine to keep your clothes clean and fresh. Make yourself a nice cup of coffee with the Nespresso machine available in my apartment.
The bedroom has a Queen-bed and is small but cosy. The glass partition allows for plenty of natural sunlight to come in from the main living area. The bedsheet, linens, and mattresses are of hotel quality, giving you the feeling of sleeping in a 5-star hotel.
The bathroom has all the essentials to help freshen up with a tub and shower. There's a splash guard to minimise water wetting the floor. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The 1st District/Place Bellecour is just 15 minutes away by car. However if you wish to take public transport, Charpennes Charles Hernu (lines A and B) is just a 3-minute walk from the flat.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.
