True family and friendly home, raised on 2 levels (RDC + 1), consisting of 5 rooms + a mezzanine with supplementary bed, on a fenced plot of 900 m², it can accommodate up to 12 people maximum.
Everything can be done on foot, the village is 700 m (10 min), the beach too, the ocean 1 km (15 to 20 min), the Piraillan market 800 m (15 min) and the area children's playground at 50 m (1 min). And your little companions are of course welcome, but smokers will have to use the covered terrace for their pleasure.
WARNING: we do not ask for a deposit via the AIRBNB website. you will have to make a check of 1000 euro as a deposit on the day of handing over the keys. It is the same, in OPTION, for the cleaning and rental of sheets and towels, as indicated at the end of this section.
The house comprises:

- 1 large room with 1 bed 160 and 2 bunk beds (2X90).
- 1 small room with 1 bed mezzanine 140 and 1 sofa bed 140.
- 1 bathroom with integrated wc.
The house works in all electric. It is heated by programmable radiant panels, which allows to enjoy the pool also in low season (in short, we enjoy all year).
Graceful provision of:
- our adult bikes - 2 recent mountain bikes and 3 old vintage bikes
- our board games (that classics of course) for your wild parties or rainy days.
- our outdoor games, ping-pong, boules and other games.
- for the little ones, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair.
- Internet access by WIFI (we thought about young people).
Small plus fees not included in the rental and valid only from the 3rd night:
- bed linen rental (20 € / bed used).
- rental of towels (5 € / person)
- Cleaning fee: 250 euros (5 hours of work, but that does not exempt you from tidying the house as it should according to the book provided on your arrival).
What we leave at your disposal to start to renew by your care when it is empty:
- a kitchen background
- household products,
- Charcoal for your first barbecue.
