Quiet, tastefully renovated, well equipped, an ideal house to rest, meet with family or friends, in any season and take advantage of all the possibilities of the surrounding nature and the heritage of the Drôme Provençale.
Ground floor: living room 27 m2 with fireplace- kitchen 24 m2- bedroom 1 of 31 m2 with direct access to the garden terrace - walk-in shower, separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms 23 m2 and 25 m2 and a bathroom with WC. The rooms are spacious and bathed in light.
A friendly paved stone terrace extends the ground floor rooms. It is accessible directly from the French doors of the kitchen, the living room, and bedroom 1. She will welcome you throughout the day, for meals around a large table bringing together 10 to 12 people, under her shaded vine trellis.
This terrace on the ground floor opens onto a large welcoming wooded garden where it is good to relax on the deckchairs and hammocks. It is suitable for children's games, in a secure space because it is very far from the road. It also has a portico with trapeze and swing. The barbecue is also very popular.
