Positive: Location - close to hire shop and supermarket and slopes

Negative: Locking front door difficult. Door not fitting snuggly into frame Stairs leading to property slippery Steepness of stairs up to the chalet difficult for all especially older people and not detailed in chalet description Not happy with some electrical cables eg one plugged into fuse box Only one tea towel between 6 people for the week Only one rack in oven Surprised no wash hand basin in communal toilet Previous guests dirty laundry not collected so I had to visit the agency to get it collected I found torn lining on arrival to bedroom curtain which I reported to the agency to ensure I was not charged for its damage. Should have been made aware of this damage before rental started Floor plan available when booking needed
