PETS:
This property accepts pets only after our approval. So please contact us before booking. We accept 1 pet per booking. A small dog max 25 kg. It needs to be house trained, cannot be in the apartment alone at any time, cannot be in the bedrooms and/or on the furniture. Cannot have separation anxiety or be a barker as it may disturb other families in the building. We ask an extra 30 € cleaning costs. Thank you for understanding.
SHOPPING :
It is advisable to do your shopping in Bourg Saint Maurice before climbing up the mountain (Intermarché or SuperU). There is a Sherpa supermarket in Arc1600 and Arc1800 (only open in high winter and summer season, not in autumn and spring), but they have a small selection and are very expensive. For SuperU shopping, we offer a SuperU Pick Up pickup service (please check the conditions before ordering online. You only confirm an order for a time slot previously agreed to by us. Fees apply for this service).
WIFI:
We live a mountain life and with many tourists in Les Arcs on the network, many people in the apartment streaming at the same time, bad weather and the thick walls of the building, the speed may be slower than you're used to in the big city. So the WiFi “is what it is”, we are unable to improve it. Elon Musk won’t return our calls, sorry.
Available during your stay
Courbaton is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Arc 1600, which has many shops, bars and restaurants. You will go past the bus stop for free shuttles to Arc 2000, Arc 1950 and Arc 1800.
In winter, in the mornings you can ski down to les Granges via the easy blue run ‘Bois de Saule’, to the mid-stop of the funicular which takes you up to Arc1600 in 4 minutes. Or you use our free ski shuttle bus. In the afternoon you ski to the door from Arc1600. Please refer to the image provided in the image gallery.
The whole apartment and balcony
Very high standard first floor apartment, approximately 156 m2 for 10 people. 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and sauna.
Perfect balance between space and well-being, ideal for those looking for relaxation and conviviality, a luxurious break to share with family or friends, in an exceptional environment.
In the main room, about 55 m2, you have a dining area, with a large table that can accommodate a dozen people.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with fondue and raclette sets and a Nespresso machine.
A large living room, whose soft armchairs will encourage you to spend soft evenings by the fireplace and a terrace of 15m2 allowing you to enjoy the sun’s rays until its sunset behind our mountains. There is a TV + Chromecast.
All rooms have views of the surrounding nature and preserved.
You will have 5 bedrooms with 2 beds. 5 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
To enhance your well-being, the dry heat of the Finnish sauna (for 2 to 4 people) will eliminate your toxins and relax your muscles after exercise.
And as every detail has been well thought out, you can leave your ski shoes in a suitable drying cabinet.

SKI : The house is in a ski in/out location. In the morning you can use our free shuttle bus service (4 minutes by car to the lifts)/ the shuttle leaves approximately every 10 minutes (between 8.30 and 10 am). The bus stops in front of your property. It is a 'first come, first serve - book your time-slot’ system to which you receive the booking link the day before arrival. Families (with children) who have morning ski lessons get the priority to make sure everybody is on time at the meeting spot Place du Soleil in Arc1600 where the ESF ARC1600 meeting spot is. Alternatively you ski down to Les Granges to take the funicular up to Arc1600. In the afternoon you ski back over a very easy blue connection path "Bois de Saule" in less than 4 minutes. Please refer to the image of this in the pictures section.
CAR: Arc1600 has free parking. In low season weeks (January and March/April) it is also very convenient to take your own car to the first lifts (4 minutes), so you are flexible to come and go.
TRAIN: TGV to Bourg Saint Maurice SNCF station.
Then Funicular from Bourg Saint Maurice station to Les Arcs 1600 - Courbaton.
Based on our availability we may be able to pick you up at the Arc1600 Funicular station.
