Positive: Pros: -it does look like photos-the living room is spacious! -the location is great -the place was clean -customer service is excellent! Solved our issues (see cons last 2 points) quickly. Always polite and quick in response.

Negative: Cons: -keys pick up is a 10 min walk away-if you have large suitcases, its a nitemare on cobble streets. -bathroom ceiling is LOW in the shower area-i am 5.8 ft (172sm) and standing in the tub my head did touch the ceiling. -took us about 3 weeks to see the deposit back. -no basics (tp, soap etc). All in all-if you arent super picky, love the more “real apartment” experience and travelling light-this place is for you. Contact customer service for anything you need.
