You have the entire first floor at your disposal (the upper floor is occasionally occupied by the discreet owners). The rooms are bright and welcoming and include 2 nice bedrooms (one with an integrated bathroom), a nice fully equipped kitchen and a large comfortable living room. 2 cribs are available for your use. Outside you have 2 large terraces to enjoy the sun, one of 95 m² framing the large pool of 8 x 4 m and the other of 76 m². The location of this beautiful vacation home is ideal, on the edge of the village, quiet, between the sea and the mountains and 23 minutes from the Spanish border. Saint-André is a pretty typical Catalan village, one of the "flower villages" and offers many opportunities for peaceful walks and various activities. The Massif des Albères, the eastern part of the Pyrenees, starts 3 km away and is full of hiking and mountain biking routes in winter. In the village, 300 animals await you on a farm run according to the methods of bygone times. Visit the glassblowing workshop, which specializes in traditional cane glass blowing, or art exhibitions in the town hall. A theater festival is held every July. This beautiful cottage, 20 minutes from Perpignan, is close to the Banyuls Marine Reserve, the Vermeille Coast with Canet-en-Roussillon or Barcarès, the largest go-kart track in Europe, and many classified religious sites. There are also five spas, including Amélie-les-Bains 30 km.
