Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with a balcony (bedding 140, 160, two bunk beds 90) bathroom (bath). The bedding is new and very comfortable.
Outside: 1 front terrace, work is underway for the rear terrace which will be tiled and will be sheltered from view with a large table and a barbecue, 2 parking spaces.

On foot, access to the port / beach in 15 minutes by a pleasant walk along the Nivelle.
