Bottom of villa built and finished in summer 2015 with air conditioning including:
- a living room with fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer + equipment)
- a TV corner with convertible sofa (2 people)
- a bedroom with a double bed (baby cot available if needed)
- bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate WC.
Outside small terrace area.
Inside the property car parking (1 or 2 spaces depending on the season)
Linen not provided or at an additional cost upon request when booking (25 euros per bed).
Cleaning to do or extra 50 euros.
Security deposit: 250 euros to be given on the day of arrival (returned on the day of departure)
Payment 50% on booking and balance on arrival.

Low season (October to April): 350 euros
Mid-season (May, June and September): 400 euros
High season (July and August): 500 euros
