The space
Ideally located on the first line of the Concarnoise cornice, facing the beach of the Mine, small cove with its rocks for fishing on foot for young and old, it benefits from a hold for launching the Kayaks and Paddles. Located between Cornwall and Les Dames beaches, this house is a perfect place for a family vacation.
Real family of 190 m², it will fill you with its volumes as soon as you arrive, discover a spacious entrance that serves the stairs and the large living space. You will enjoy spending time in its large living room where you can distinguish a comfortable living room, a dining area open to a veranda with a second space for lunch as close as possible to the sea. A space open to the outside in order to contemplate the sea view and its magnificent sunsets. A large equipped kitchen completes this family living room.
A long corridor on the ground floor serves a bathroom, a separate toilet, a laundry room, as well as a bedroom equipped with a TV which allows you to enjoy a life on one level.
Upstairs, you will find a children's room equipped with a cot, a changing table, an adaptable chair and a desk. The corridor also serves two other bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds that can accommodate 4 children, a second bathroom as well as a second toilet.
