- an equipped kitchen (new fridge, microwave, stove with oven and ceramic hob, extractor hood, senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric barbecue, and all the necessary dishes, tea towels

-a dining area (table and 2 chairs) + large closet with shelves for storage (provision of an ironing board, iron, clothes line, ...)

-a sitting area (Château d'Ax convertible sofa with new 140X195 mattress for sleeping, furniture with new TV 80 cm)

-a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet

25m2 outdoor terrace overlooking the garden, quiet, shaded with a table and 2 chairs and charcoal barbecue

Secure parking space with access by remote-controlled gate.
