On the first floor, the chalet comprises an entrance hall with storage, a spacious open-plan living area combining a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped American-style kitchen, all benefiting from dual south and east exposure and opening onto a magnificent 30 m² terrace to the south, offering stunning unobstructed views of the local mountains. Also on this level is a master suite with a double bed (140x200 cm), private bathroom, and dressing room. Finally, the first floor also includes a separate toilet and a pantry at the rear of the kitchen. The second floor opens onto a spacious landing, from which you can relax on a catamaran-style netting mezzanine while admiring the view. This second floor also houses three additional bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm), a second with a double bed (140x200cm), and the last with a bunk bed (90x200cm). There is also a bathroom (with a bathtub) and a separate toilet. The semi-basement, located at ground level, offers a large garage, allowing easy parking for a vehicle while still providing ample storage space (for bicycles, sleds, skis, etc.). This garage also includes a washing machine. Unlimited Wi-Fi access is provided. A charcoal barbecue is also available.
