Beautiful holiday home with private swimming pool 10km from Béziers, on a large enclosed plot of land out of sight, 20mn from the sea. This spacious and bright villa, ideal for a family or a group of friends, is located in a quiet area of the village of Thézan les Béziers, 25km from the beach, with its well-kept garden looking like a park, and its private swimming pool. A shady driveway will accommodate 3 to 4 cars. Its interiors are warm and bright, tastefully decorated in pastel shades. A large dining room leads to the terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. The exteriors are extremely well designed, pleasant, green and grassy, and the swimming pool (secured with a fence and alarm) of the villa has a spacious terrace. There are also convenient adjacent toilets...This holiday destination will be ideal for discovering this superb region of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park. Get a first glimpse of it by opting for a convivial discovery of the region by quad, with the help of a qualified instructor, directly in the village from Thézan, and at all ages. At 6km, the walk from St Génies-de-Fontedit will take you through vineyards and olive groves, with breathtaking views of the surrounding pechs (plateaus) in a scent of pine forest and scrubland. Many other sites are worth the detour around this holiday villa: The abbey of Fontcaude at 12km, the Bories de Creissan at 14km, the parade of Cruzy, the volcanic balconies at 28km. Choose above all to take a beautiful stroll along the Canal du Midi, either on foot, by bicycle or directly by electric boat, for a one-hour walk or for a day with a meal. We also recommend a microlight flight over Sète and the Etang de Thau, a truly unforgettable moment. In the evening, why not take advantage of your holidays to learn Iberian dances, such as the Argentinean tango? Come and discover this energetic and sensual dance, every Thursday in July/August, 8.30pm to 11pm against payment, avenue Jean Moulin in Béziers. If you are lucky enough to stay in this holiday rental at the end of August, take the opportunity to take part in the Saint-Louis de Sète celebrations, 50mn away. Animations, shows, fireworks and water jousting take place along the Royal Canal for six to seven days and attract thousands of spectators. Sportsmen, walkers, children, everyone will find their happiness among the many activities that mark out the Natural Park, and the lines are missing to show you all of them here. Anyway, you are all that is needed to enjoy it! Please note that an extra fridge is available in the garage, and that each room has an extra oil-bath radiator.
