This is a lovely holiday home with private pool (which can be heated) and terrace in Thézan-les-Béziers, in the Hérault region of France, only 26km from the beaches of Sérignan and Valras. This colourful villa offers you the shade of its terraces in a pretty medieval village overlooking the vineyards, whose narrow streets are home to friendly shops and craft boutiques, and climb up to the castle. The swimming pool is fully fenced and can be heated on request (small supplement). There are many attractions within a radius of less than 35km: the towns of Béziers, with its gardens and splendid cathedral, Narbonne, crossed by the Canal du Midi and dotted with sumptuous architectural achievements, or Agde, a lively town built on the banks of the Hérault, a few kilometres from the Mediterranean and the beaches of the famous Cap, and where an itinerary allows you to discover the unspoilt centre, will conquer you with their strong character. Lovely little villages such as Roquebrun, Saint-Chinian, Pézenas or Bize, will offer you their freshness and their renowned vineyards, and natural sites such as the Etang de Thau, famous for the quality of its seafood and shellfish, the Cirque de Mourèze, natural amphitheatre of 300 hectares of rocks curiously sculpted by the erosion of time, or the Lake of Salagou, nestled in a case of flamboyant colors, allow the practice of walking, cycling, fishing and water sports.
